People often ask how renting flatware works. Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions and the answers to those questions.

Q: Do I have to clean the flatware before it is returned?
A: No, we will take care of cleaning and repackaging.  We only ask that you place the dirty flatware in the bus pan that is provided with your rental. 

Q: How will the flatware be packaged?
A: Flatware comes neatly packaged in vacuum sealed and labeled packs of ten.  The vacuum sealed packs are then placed into a clean bus tub for transport.

Q: How do I order Flatware?
A: Flatware is ordered in quantities of ten.  It is recommended that you order roughly 5% more flatware than your guest count.

Q: Do you place the flatware on the tables?
A: No, this is normally done by the caterer.
